Roy Sir, with a B.Tech. in chemical engineering, was excelling in various industries. He had established a stable career with the Birlas. However, destiny intervened, and he found himself in Surat as the Technical Head of a gas project near Pipodara. It was there that he came across the surprising teaching methods employed for his own children. This realization prompted him to pay closer attention to his children, their friends, and even the children of family friends.
Soon ’Roy Sahab’ became ’Roy Sir and then there was no looking back. With maximum attention and nominal fee, he tickled the senses of the city with 14 years of coaching at Balaji coaching classes in Surat

Mr. Rohan Roy, a Textile Engineer (Polytechnic), has seamlessly merged his passion and profession, becoming a successful educationist. Parul’s journey towards becoming a CA was nothing short of a dream come true. Like many others, she enthusiastically attended interviews with prominent companies, hoping to secure a good job. After making several attempts, she finally landed one with a prestigious Mumbai-based company, which felt like a remarkable achievement.
However, due to the unfortunate circumstances of the world’s highest depression rate, she was unable to pursue it. Interestingly, this turned out to be a blessing in disguise, as it allowed her to explore better options that brought her greater happiness, satisfaction, and success. It was during this time that she discovered her talent for teaching when she received an opportunity from the Balaji group to educate a select group of students.

Harsha always harbored a desire to explore the world, brimming with countless opportunities. Her wish finally converged with reality as she became the youngest teacher of Higher Secondary in St. Xavier’s High School. Initially, she felt apprehensive; however, over time, it strengthened her. Becoming a CA was akin to embellishing her parents’ name with stars. Neha Sharma was a student of Balaji long back. Then the story till date started after 7 years when she accidentally met the Balaji Team at a social gathering. At that moment she never thought that she had a long journey to follow with Balaji Group of Tuitions.
